No Broker - Refund not raised

I took rented service from no broker. As they offer me, if they not rented out property within month then they will make refund. But now it's more than ** days has been completed, and i didnt get refund. & He is telling us, they already processed refund. And get between **th March to **st March, ****. & Share them my online account statement still they are telling us we have did. And making useless arguements.
