I would request to you, please take to action on FLIPKART because as they are doing harass to customer and providing wrong information from them.
one month age, i had placed order for a mobile on FLIPKART online portal which was received after * days of placing order when i started use the device than i found there is issue in camera, device camera quality was not clear so i had raised complaint against product. After getting complaint, FLIPKART had arrange a technician to check the device when technician had visit without safety in this COVID-** situation two times then i gave my device to technician after disinfect. Technician checked device and he shall started denied and saying everything is running perfect and started asking for signature on feedback form. i had mentioned signature on feedback form with my unsatisfied comment which is not mention anywhere by Flipkart.
Still FLIPKART executive is playing with me and not giving proper information and doing mentally harass so please take necessary action to get refund money of my product
