I order refurbished Moto phone on *th July **** order no. ****** and pay rs **** by UPI. it was not even shipped till **th July then I canceled the order. Customer care executive assure me that my refund will be completed till **th July, but still I did not get my refund and Executive "beating around the bush". Now They are not responding and its very depressing.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
