I returned the product named "Beerock oxygen running shoes for man" at ** or ** or ** November **** and today after continuously talking with the flipkart customer executive and they told me again and again that do not receive the product and hence they are unable to help. Now, today i talked to the delivery boy who took the product and told me that he return it to return address.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
