Mswipe Technologies Private Limited - Refund not provided

I have been using a swipe machine for one and a half years. When I wanted to discontinue the machine and raised a complaint one year ago surrendering the machine, those people kept quiet and started collecting monthly rental from my account. And when I asked them that why excess money is being deducted from my account, they said that I did not take the call, even though I've called them to refund my money of a year until they say it is not possible. When I told them that I will go to the consumer court still they are not ready to refund my money. and no there they had me for surrendering machine I say them Fastway open my one year rental money which is been deducted *** into ** ** months file reduction to they didn't ask me for * yr kept on deducting money from my account whenever the executive call me I have always told them to take a weather machine and not to deduct my money they did not do so and I kept a mail also didn't reply at saying that they will give refund but other things that reply except refunding I am looking for my pending amount
