i ordered a handset redmi note *pro of r's ***** which was prepaid on ** july **** but my ordered was cancelled as delivery guy rejected my exchange on ** july ****. I have made number of complaints to mi support team regarding my refund they keep on saying it will be coming to my account soon but till *th aug **** i have not received my amount by mi. the support team tell me always that your refund has been raised early but i not yet get my refund back i always get the same answer from mi team.
