I have paid ***** Rs. for * flight tickets from Mumbai to Varanasi through make my trip. It was jet airways flight which was cancelled directly from them. I should get my full refund back as it was direct airline cancellation and make my trip only provided me ***** Rs by charging me cancellation charges and kept rest of the amount in their own pocket. I have made *** of calls, chats, emails to them. No one is ready to take initiative and to help me with my full refund back just providing me false promises.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
