I had booked a ticket from Bhopal to Mumbai on March **, ****, from Jet Airways through Happy Easy Go (HEG). However, the flight was cancelled and when I contacted the Jet Airways team for the refund it was told that since the booking was done through HEG refund would be provided through them. Now, since the past two months, I have been trying to contact the HEG team for the refund but they are giving no response. No one is replying to emails, taking any calls or doing anything. Pathetic customer service.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
