I have made a payment of Rs *****/- to purchase a holiday package from the company. But I have changed my decision later and I want to cancel this plan and a full refund of my money because there were some miscommunications between their representative and me regarding plan details. I was agreed to take this package because they offered me **nights/**days package per year for the *-year duration but later I came to know that it was the only **nights/*year package, which is not cost-effective to me and there are many hidden charges also which were not explained to me. So I had not confirmed the package and not willing to avail services. I have read some negative customer reviews about them also. I have asked them to cancel my package and refund of my money but they are not refunding my money and forcing me to avail their package. There is so much delay from the customer care side.
