I ordered a product on tatacliq which was canceled from the company side without any reason and I paid via credit card the refund for the product has not been provided yet . Every time I contact customer support of TataCLiQ they say the refund has been initiated from their side and the problem is at bank end and when i try to contact bank(ICICI BANK) customer.com care they say the problem form the side of company . Both company and bank are not answering us and misleading us since two months . I have visited the bank several times followed all the procedures asked by bank (ICICI bank) and TataCLiQ
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
