Dear Sir,
We have booked flight tickets from Bali to Chennai On Mar-**.But Due to Covid-** Issue,No Indian or Other country Citizens Were Allowed to board the singapore Flight from Bali(AIR ASIA).So we cancelled Singapore-Chennai Flights(AIR INDIA).When i asked for cancellation and refund,there is no proper response from GOIBIBO customer care team.The Total amount paid was Rs.*****.Kindly help me to get my money back.
