vlebazaar - Refund not provided for cancelled order

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Vlebazaar, an e-commerce platform, regarding a purchase I made on October **, ****. I ordered a Canon MG**** All-in-One Inkjet Colour Printer (Order ID: *******). I completed the payment online for Rs. *,***. Unfortunately, the product was never shipped and my money got trapped, I had also lodged a grievance on date ****-**-** , providing all necessary proofs. Despite my repeated follow-ups, Vlebazaar arbitrarily closed the complaint, merely stating that "your amount has been refunded to your Vlebazaar Wallet." this wallet credit is worthless to me because i have no intention of using their platform again. This closure was unjustified and misleading, especially when i have requested a refund to my original payment method. I have contacted their support team multiple times, but they have ignored my requests to transfer the funds to my bank account.
