I purchased an item from Flipkart on *-June-**** and the product was delivered on **-June-****. The product was in poor packaging condition and the product was defective in its performance so placed a return request with Flipkart on **-June-****. The return request was approved by the seller, but the package wasn't picked up and the amount hasn't been refunded. I've followed up over phone/ mail/ twitter multiple times and even after ** days the product is yet to be picked up neither is the amount is refunded.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
