Nearbuy.com - Refund not provided after cancellation

I purchased a coupon from nearbuy.com of a restaurant which is located in Chembur, Mumbai but when i reached at the restaurant side the restaurant was closed then i called the restaurant and asked them why it is closed, then they said that the restaurant is closed due to renovation and will be closed for few days.
Then I cancelled the voucher from nearbuy.com app as ***% money refund was clearly written on cancellation page, but i didn't receive money in my paytm, so i sended an mail to support@nearbuy.com asking about the refund status then they said that the refund is initiated but i didn't receive money in my paytm, as for paytm money gets refunded within **hours, then i again wrote a email to them asking for refund Transaction id or reference number, but they didn't reply
