Sukumar Podala filed complaint against Nearbuy.com on May 27, 2019
Purchased * vouchers from nearbuy for INR **** on ** Apr ****. But due to some urgent client meetings travelled to onsite *n ** Apr ** and returned back on ** May **. By this time the vouchers got expired but the company is not refunding the ***% amount saying that it is their policy. When the call that I made on ** May ** got escalated, I got a confirmation from Nearbuy in the same call that I will be getting a ***% refund as a one-time exception. But now the company is saying that they will not refund ***% but can refund **% only. Please help in this regard.
