Helo I' have bought * polo t shirts from beyoung Folks Private Limited through online on ** September **** and it got delivered on ** October **** and i have requested for refund on ** October **** because of quality of material was not good..they even picked up my product on ** October **** and they promised me that il get my refund within ** days on my source account..and it's almost * month went..they haven't provide my refund.and not even addressing for my query.they keep on saying we wil refund within **hours but their not refunding my amount..kindly help me to get my money thank you
