I had ordered my product on **th May **** and it was promised to be delivered by **rd May **** .I tried to reach the customer support via whatsapp and via email(which are the only ways provided) and yet no response have been provided.My product has not been delivered and the status of the delivery is still in processing which means that it has not yet been dispatched.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
