Confirm ticket train booking app - Refund not provide

On **th February, I had booked a ticket from Ujjain to Lucknow but the ticket was not booked and the money was debited from my account which went to the wallet of the confirmed ticket.The amount of which was ₹**** and in this I had also taken free cancellation charge through confirmed ticket. Then after this, on the same day **th, I booked a train from Ujjain to MBP in which I paid ₹**** from confirm ticket wallet and ₹*** through Google Pay.Since I received the ticket on waiting list, I cancelled this ticket on March *.I then made a payment of ₹*** via Google Pay on March *rd. I received it, but the remaining amount of ₹*,*** is still pending.I talk to the Confirm Ticket support staff every day. I explain my problem. They say daily, "It'll be done today. It'll be done tomorrow," but it's not happening.I spoke with confirm ticket support team but haven't received a satisfactory response.I even filed a complaint with complaint number ********.ticket cancel pnp no **********
