I booked three seats for a journey from Delhi to Ranchi using this ticket confirmation application. The company promises that if your ticket does not get confirmed, you will receive a *x refund. For this service, the company charges approximately Rs. *,*** per seat; however, when the seats were not confirmed, they failed to refund the promised *x amount and, furthermore, deducted Rs. *** from the amount that was refunded.
