I had booked an international package from make my trip. They took more than two weeks just to confirm all my documents from visa consolidate and now when my travel date is very near, they are saying they cannot process my visa as my passport is damage. This they would have informed me the day they got my passport so that atleast I could have applied for new passport. And now when I cant travel only they are not even refunding my money. I had taken personal loan for this trip and it got wasted like this
