Dear Sir/Mam
I had paid **, *** rent to my landlord by mistakenly I selected maintainance instead of rent nobroker deducted my amount ***** (**, *** rent plus ***fee).
They asked me maintainance bill which I mentioned I said I Have not they said will refund your money after deducting more processing fee will refund ***** from *****. I sai okay this talks were over phone with customer care executive.
I am sending mails to no broker from **th December I am getting only auto reply that executive will be replied in ** Hrs but no one is contacting on mail or over phone whenever I am calling them everytime their replies are different one executive says refund has Processod one says hasn't been processed one said will process today I am chasing them from last * days but didn't get my refund or any official mail from no broker please help.
