Smokehouse.co.in and shop101.com - Refund Not Processed

Placed an order in March. The amount was deducted and then they said that they couldn't deliver. So far, it has been over * months and no refund. On mail, they just keep taking order details + phone number but nothing processed as of now. Then the smokehouse rep routes me to Shop*** where they're asking me for the same details since a month and no refund. This is a scam website and some legal action needs to be taken against them.
