Smokehouse.co.in and shop101.com - Order not delivered

I had placed an order with smokehouse.co.in on the *th of July **** and have made full payment online. I have received the order acknowledgement on the same day itself. The order ID is **********. I received a shipment notice on the *th of July with a BlueDart courier tracking number. Tracking on the courier site, it was found that the shipment destination was Delhi and not Secunderabad where the shipment was supposed to be delivered. I contacted the seller on email (rvboverseas@gmail.com) and was informed that they will follow up with the courier and come back to me. That was it no more information from the seller. I sent many emails for follow up and the seller never responded. In the meanwhile, I tried calling the seller on the number listed on their website (+**-***-***-****) and there has been no response ever. I tried sending a message on this number and once in a while, they will send some vague excuses. I contacted Bluedart regarding this and they have informed me that the shipment was never physically handed over to them. They have confirmed the same in writing to me. The seller has stopped responding to all communication from my side. The seller's website is hosted on an e-commerce platform shop***.com - I have contacted their customer support (support@shop***.com)and they assured me that they will help me in resolving the issue. Now they too have stopped responding to emails or calls from me since **th August ****. The seller and the e-commerce platform have neither send me the product I ordered nor have they refunded the money they collected from me and kept with them (still keeping with them) since *th of July ****. I need my money back with interest and compensation for being cheated.
