This is regarding the PNR No. EHYFKP from Patna to Bangalore Indigo earlier travel date **rd August ****(*E ****).
Passengers : Deepak Jha & Anupriya Jha
Now rescheduled to *th Nov **** with the Help of Indigo Helpdesk.
On **nd August we had made changes(PNR : EHYFKP) to the seat selection and INR *** were deducted twice(total INR ***) which has been refunded.We were told by the Airline that it has been refunded to Makemytrip.
On **rd August we rescheduled this Flight to *th Nov and a fare difference of around *** has been refunded by Indigo to Makemytrip.
Make my trip wrote to me on **th August that a credit amount of *** would be refunded back to me via the original mode of payment in *-* days. Its been * days i have even written to them twice but i did not get any response from them.
I want the full amount of *** plus *** that was deducted for the seat selection to be refunded to the original mode of payment.
This is the truth about the level of Customer satisfaction you can expect from these travel portals.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
