Maharshi Daga filed complaint against Realme India on Jul 14, 2020
I had ordered a Realme * pro (*+**) on *th July, **** via order no.- ****************** and had cancelled the order on their official app on the same day before dispatch. The order status in their app was immediately shown as "Cancelled".
Its been almost a week now and still I have not received my refund. I have called * times at their help centre but all the time I am getting the same reply that there is some technical glitch and the RTO status hasn't been updated yet. Well, honestly speaking Rs. **,***/- is not a meager amount to with held for a week and how is customer even concerned about the back-end procedures? With holding refunds for more than a week is not at all justified in today's e-commerce world.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
