Realme India - Refund not initiated

I purchase 'Realme Buds Air Neo' on *th August and cancelled them on **th August they were not dispatched then and not it's been ** days my refund has not been initiated called many times on realme customer service they *st give false hope and now they aren't picking my call please help me out...that was hard earned money
