Flipkart - Refund not processed

I have ordered vaccum cleaner using Flipkart pay later option. Later I have paid the amount using phonepe and on the same day order got cancelled from their side. From then Iam contacting them and asking about the refund, they gave so many deadlines for resolving the issue but they didn't resolve. I didn't get any intimation regarding why exactly the refund is being hold I was the one who daily calling and asking about the status even though they didn't helped out. As it's a big amount I need my money and compensation for holding my money for these many days.
