I returned the packet to the address mentioned on the package on the next day i recieved the package. But to my surprise no refund was processed. The parcel got returned in around fifteen days saying the address was incorrect. Now they are telling me that retrn time has expired and i should had returned the package to address nentioned on website.
Now the package is lying with me unused and i have spend more than ***inr on its courier as well.
I just want the company to pick up the packet and process my refund
