Sunil Pawar filed complaint against Tikona Internet Services on Jul 23, 2019
On **th Jan, by mistake i payed **,*** to Tikona instead of *,***. From that day i have been following up with Tikona to refund the additional amount back to my account. I had raised this concern to Tikona and asked them to refund the additional amount to me, but they said to raise a dispute complaint with Bank. I raised dispute with Bank and they closed it in month of June **** without reversing the amount. So after that i again checked with Tikona to refund the additional amount of **,*** after deducting charges for internet usage till June month. Tikona is saying that they have refunded this amount on ** June, but my credit card statement is not showing that. Even the Axis bank customer care personnel has confirmed that there is no refund credited to my account from Tikona. I have constantly been following up with Tikona on this refund, but every time they say that the amount is reversed and check with Bank. This is very frustrating. I have attached my credit card statement for **,*** payment to Tikona on **th Jan **** (Password SUNI****). I have attached the mail communications with Tikona and Axis bank customer care of refund not received.
