I have already asked Tikona team to close my internet connection even before my next plan activation.
I have asked them on *th September **** and my plan renewal date was **nd September ****.
But, still Tikona is charging me one month internet bill amount which I haven't asked for it and also late fee fine.
They are regularly calling me for payment and not listening my works and proof which I have mailed them initially

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
