Mynta - Refund not processed

I had ordered * products of which i decided to return * of them. The pick up guy picked up both the products the very next day of the delivery.
But he was supposed to pick up only one.
After i contacted customer support regarding this they assured me about the product being reshipped at my address. However, a month passed over by just exchanging emails and still no refund in hand. Despite several reminders, no action has been taken and the customer had to bear the loss due to agents misunderstanding. Pathetic customer service!!
Tired of asking for reminders atleast the product that was supposed to be picked should have been successfully processed for refund.
The intention of helping the customer is definately not there.
Highly disappointed by the service.
