Gritstones - Refund not processed

I purchased * shirts at *** each on cash on delivery basis. I paid cash when delivered. They didn't allow me to check at that time. I paid and after that, I opened the package but the quality of the shirts are too poor.
I immediately raised a refund request on their app and official email. They confirmed to me that my request has been approved. They send the guy to collect the shirts and emailed me that they will issue the refund in *-* days. But no refund from their side in one week even. I again remind them they said they have transferred the amount but there was no refund in my account.
I asked them to send transaction details. But they did not reply. On **/**/**** I requested for the refund. On **/**/**** they said they have transferred the amount in my account
after that no reply. There is no refund until now.
