Gritstones - Non fulfillment of replacement of my order

I had requested gritstone to replace my order as the size was too small. The order was duly picked up for exchange on *th Jan'** by delivery agent. The order has not been replaced till date and when I contacted their customer care team via email, they responded by saying I had returned the wrong item and sent me images of some other item which I had not returned. I contacted the delivery agent who delivered my order and he confirmed with me that he had picked the correct item and also clicked picture of the same. I request you to look into the matter. I straightaway want refund and do not want to associate myself with the product and company since they wrongly accused me of returning the wrong item.
