Cancelled the the flight on **th September through MakeMyTrip and now its been *.* months they have not initiated the refund now I have paid late card payment fee as well towards my due amount and still they are not processing the same.every week they are like it will be in two days but no such incident happen but the problem is after every two days i have to call them
