Madhur Agrawal filed complaint against Make My Trip on Jun 12, 2020
I had booked flight tickets from MMT for Delhi Singapore (both ways) with Vistara Airlines. Booking id is NN*************. The departure date was ** May. However, due to Covid situation I initiated the cancellation of the tickets on **th April and opted for refund of the application amount (as per the T&C in the ticket). The refundable amount is ***** Rs approx. I also received acknowledgement mail from MMT on **th April. Since that day, neither I have received the amount, nor I have been able to contact MMT customer care as they have blocked all the modes to contact CC executive. Never thought that company like MMT will go down to that level.
Therefore, I request to please help me in getting the money back from MMT.
