Messho online shopping - Refund not processed despite pickup completed on 17 Feb

I placed an order on Meesho and raised a return request due to product issues. The product was successfully picked up by the courier partner on ** February ****. However, the system has repeatedly shown incorrect status updates such as pickup cancellation and new pickup attempts even after the item was already collected.
I have shared pickup proof multiple times with customer support, including SMS details, chat records, and courier contact information. Despite raising several complaints and follow-ups, my refund has still not been processed. The latest ticket was escalated to the senior team, but the issue remains unresolved.
Since the product is no longer with me and pickup has already been completed, I request immediate verification with the courier partner, manual status update, and processing of my refund without further delay.
