Messho online shopping - My product is not pickup after raising many requist to return and no satisfactory answer given by cu

I was purchased a smart watch from meesho in online mode but this it not getting switched on and charging hence I was raised a request for return and refund my money.i have raised * time request and everytime Messho executive cancelled the my request without giving and reason and saying raise the complaint,I have already raised the return request * times then how much time i have to raised the request for return the product. Messho customer executive also not gives the satisfactory answer and some times do the misbehaves, so need to stictly action.
