Bata - Refund not processed by bata

Dear team,



I have placed * orders on bata.in on **th April’**.



But due to some reasons I had to cancel the orders and I was said refund will be processed in *-* days.



I have received refund for only one order and refund for other * orders is still pending.



I got call from bata more than ** times regarding confirmation that have I cancelled the order and I even confirmed the same.





Even in my orders it is showing refunded, But still no refund has been processed for below mentioned orders:



******** – full refund pending – Rs. *** paid through credit card

******** Partial Refund pending of Rs. *** paid through Jiomoney.



I am seriously very much disappointed with such pathetic service that my money has been kept blocked for almost two months.



Kindly expedite the refund process and refund my money
