Jaimin Patel filed complaint against goibibo and airasia airlines on Jun 9, 2020
Hello sir my self dr jaimin Patel and I have travel booking on **th February **** on Goibibo from Ahmedabad to Bali **th may **** and return from Bali to Ahmedabad on *rd June **** (airline- AirAsia) Due to coronavirus pandemics, all the international travels got canceled and I got that confirmation email from both goibibo and AirAsia. and even today all international travels are restricted. I understand due to pandemic their staff is also affected but I have waited and tried for a refund or credit shell since ** days. they didn't take my problem seriously. I had raised multiple time request to get either refund or credit shell as per airline policy but all the time goibibo responded bluntly and didn't resolved my request and closed it. I have all that raised request number and their mail responses. I am asking for this since **/*/****. it has been **+ days and still, my query didn't resolve. they are doing metal harassment to me. I have also try to raise a request from AirAsia but they have a clear policy regarding this if you have booked directly than you can process or if you have booked through a travel agency ( goibibo) that tells your travel agent to raise a request from their side to AirAsia. I have multiple times to mention this to goibibo but they didn't care and i have documentation. every time they always avoided my request and told me to go Airasia ava chat and told me to raise requests there but due to their policy, I cant raise requests there. goibibo continuously harassing me and giving me mental torcher. I have all documentation of these ** days and chats and responses on twitter account. I want to solve my query( full refund money or full money credit shell) as soon as possible and use them for an additional **** INR as they did me mental harassment and because of them, I am unable to sleep and in depression. I am ready to provide all this documentation and prof. and after all this, I have no option left and to take legal help, thanks. waiting for quick resolution
