goibibo and airasia airlines - Refund for the flight cancellation

there is some medical emergency at home due to which i have to casncel my bookings and against that air asia airlin agreed to provide refund and they processed the refund. they mentioned same in the mail as well. they refunded the amount in the April to goibibo. i am trying to get in contact to goibibo but there is no response from the team in since last few months. i am repeatedly taking followups on mail but there is no reply from the goibibo team. it been * months since i am taking followups from the team but there is no proper response from them.
