I booked a flight ticket on July *, **** with reference number REF*********. I got a confirmation mail and ** minutes later a mail and a call from an executive saying the ticket could not be confirmed due to operational issue. I was promised a refund within *-** days. They are not picking up my calls neither are they responding to my mails regarding the update on the refund.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
