Travollook - Refund not credited

I booked flight from Mumbai to Kolkata on July ** from this travollook website . The money got debited within few minutes . however booking was cancelled by them due to their system error and since then I am been calling every day and their customer service is just says to wait for another * days . I started having doubts about this company and then after searching for blogs found that this is their regular practice of harassing customers and more or less a scam.
