I have booked ticket for business trip. Suddenly the plan is postponed so I request them to cancel the ticket on the same day. The said I won't do refund and cancellation and all. The req time is over. Also the customer service guy was behave rude not even give respect to customers. The customer service should help the customer not for fight. And second time I booked the ticket by mistake I'd selected the location default frm madurai to vellore and with in *min I call them and request for cancellation. They said the req time is over. Also I explained my problem its been *min only u can cancel and do refund my amount. But the customer service again start fighting this will not possible,and I ask them to transfer call to manager he said no one is available here, all the time he sail like that asked many time to arrange call back. But no no call me regarding this issue. So please take step against to redbus.. Ask him to process refund for all the customer. This is not right way to earn money. Better they go and beg out side.
