I have ordered * product from https://www.brandfactoryonline.com website. From that order, I have placed a return request for * products but no one can come for pick up that product yet. I have raised the return request before * month, now I have checked on the website then not showing that item return request, all products status was delivered. I have called multiple times to brand factory customer care. But no use they not giving my money back.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
