Placed prepaid order on Dogzkart portal on July *nd. Got order confirmation #**** and tracking ID of DTDC on *rd. Tracking ID did not display any details for shipment. On *th and *th reached out to their customer support on whatsup and asked why shipment details are not displaying. No response on either days. Called local DTDC office on * th . DTDC local courier office confirmed no consignment was booked. Again reached to customer support who said they sent a query to logistics. After * hours of no response I decide to take refund. That was on * th. I was told that it takes * to ** days for refund. The wait is indefinite till date. I called their offline store to find what happened. They advertised a product of which they do not have stock. The store person said he is the owner and will sort out the issue for me. He said he sent message to the concerned person for refund. Later when I follow up, he does not want to talk about it and says I need to follow up with chat support. ** working days completed and no sign of refund.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
