Ordered Calibra diabetic dog food ** kg online from Dogzkart @ ₹**** prepaid by credit card on **th August ****. Received a DTDC tracking number same day which does not show any tracking details on search and the number had apparently been last used by DTDC in year ****. Called them after some days to enquire…finally a lady answered saying that shipment is with customs as they come from Czech Republic and will be sent by expedited shipping in a few days. Now they don’t even respond to calls or email. Just wondering why such fraudulent companies still continue to function online despite several complaints with evidence against them and still continue to cheat helpless people online.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
