Viraldeal - refund not paid to my account

I ordered a vu ** cm smart led tv on viraldeal.com at cost of **** rupees on **/**/****.i paid **** rupees by debit card on line.after payment a message came to my mobile that detail has been sent to my mail account.but no mail reciece to my mail account.i tried to contact to viral deal customer care but number is switch off.then i came to know that this is fraud company.i cancelled this product online site but no refund message recieved to me.pls help in this case and help to refund my mony **** rupees
