Viraldeal - Package returns as per rules and regulations but still not get my money back.

I have ordered small portable AC in viral deal websites. Its appear on my social website account. I click on advertisements and see the full details of products. I like it so I order it and pay full amount of total price by my debit card. But same time I check that product on another website and I wonder that this is very expensive compared to other websites. So that same day I cancle my order. Infact I send mail of cancelation in just ** to ** minutes after my order. But anyway they send me by courier and I didn't receive. I just return that parcel without even teach it. In a company website they mention that any order should be cancle if customer inform of cancelation of order before they ship the order. And I did the same. But still I didn't got my money or any response regarding my order.
