I had purchased a ** inch iffalcon TV from Flipkart vide order no OD****************** dt **.**.**** with * year extended warranty. The TV price was Rs **,*** and extended warranty by Flipkart Protect cost Rs ****. The TV failed in extended warranty and was collected by Flipkart service franchise Jeeves. They could not repair and as per terms have to refund **% of TV price ie Rs **,***.**. While purchasing the TV I had availed credit offered by Flipkart towards my earlier LeEco TV that too had failed in warranty for Rs **,***. After this I had paid net price of Rs **** (Rs **,*** less Rs **,***) Flipkart now is paying refund on Rs **** instead of full TV price, though have already confirmed that refund would be on Rs **,*** and are now back tracking
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
