This is to inform you that On **th March **** during ordering of some pharmaceutical items in Dhani app I chose to pay online via amazon pay upi and during the transaction payment a failed window appeared on the screen and the order was not placed. When i checked my account same amount is deducted from my balance details of transaction is given below:

Description (Amazon UPI Reference Number): TO TRANSFERUPI/DR/************/DHANIHE/ICIC/pharmacy.d/Upi T
Ref. No.: TRANSFER TO *************
Debit Amount: ****.**
Also note the following activity:
*. SBI Customer care refuses to help as it should be taken care by Amazon customer support team.
*. Amazon customer care clears that the amount is processed to the dhani account.
This means that the action is pending from dhani end, hence requested to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
